Many small parts, one mould
A toy car or a kitchen set is a family of parts: bodies, wheels, lids, cups, small accessories. Multi-cavity and family moulds make several parts in one shot, so a complete set comes off the machine together and production stays fast. Building blocks need every brick to click with the next, so cavities are machined to tight dimensions and kept identical across the mould.
Smooth, safe-to-handle parts
Children touch, drop and chew toys. We design toy moulds for rounded edges and clean parting lines, and we polish the cavities to a high gloss or mirror finish so parts come out smooth, without sharp flash. How an order works
- Share your toy: a sample, drawing or photos of every part, the plastic and your monthly volume.
- Design approval: we plan the cavity layout and steel and share the 3D design for approval.
- Manufacturing: CNC and EDM machining, fitting and polishing in our Kathwada GIDC workshop, Ahmedabad.
- Trial: we trial the mould on an injection moulding machine and send you videos and photos of the parts.
- Dispatch: anti-rust treatment, packing and the operation manual, in India or for export.
