We build anything from a single-cavity mould to a 16-cavity hot runner production mould, in tool steels such as P20 and H13.

1. Send your requirement. A 2D or 3D drawing, a sample or clear photos, the plastic material, your moulding machine details and your expected production volume.
2. Design and quote. We study the part, suggest the cavity layout and steel, and send you a quote. Moulds are made to order, so prices start from ₹80,000 and depend on size, cavities, material and process.
3. Design approval. You approve the 3D CAD design before we cut steel.
4. Manufacturing. Machining on our own CNC and EDM machines, then assembly and polishing.
5. Trial and approval. We trial the mould on an injection moulding machine and send you videos and photos of the trial and the moulded parts before dispatch.
6. Packing and shipping. The mould gets anti-rust treatment and is packed for the journey, then shipped by sea or air, whichever suits you, with its operation manual.
