Looks, fit and daily use

In houseware, the details sell the product: a lid that snaps shut, a handle that doesn’t break, a bucket that stacks, a glossy or textured surface that looks good on a shop shelf. We design the mould for uniform wall thickness and even cooling so products don’t warp, and we machine lids and bodies as a matched pair so they fit every time. Cavities are polished to a high gloss or textured finish, as your design needs.

Buckets and dustbins are large single-cavity moulds for high-tonnage machines. Mugs, trays, lunch boxes and storage containers can be built single or multi-cavity, depending on how many pieces you need per day.

Product variations we mould

  • Buckets: household, storage and industrial utility buckets, with handle fitting and a stackable shape.
  • Dustbins: your bin size, shape, wall thickness and lid design, with accurate lid fitting.
  • Lunch boxes: single- or multi-compartment, with or without lids, in different sizes and designs.
  • Storage containers: airtight containers, storage boxes and multi-purpose containers with a tight lid fit.
  • Mugs and trays: strong handles and comfortable grips for mugs; trays with a high polish or texture finish.

Food-contact products

Lunch boxes, storage containers and mugs often hold food or drinks. Our lunch box moulds are designed for food-safe PP, and polished cavities give smooth surfaces that are easy to clean. Tell us the material you plan to use and we will design for it.

Choosing your mould

Start with the product: its size, wall thickness, lid or handle design and the finish you want. Then match the cavity count to your sales. Our guides on single cavity vs multi-cavity moulds and how long a plastic injection mould lasts help with both, and how to choose the right mould manufacturer covers what to ask a supplier.

How an order works

  1. Share your product: a sample, drawing or photos, size, plastic, machine and monthly volume.
  2. Design approval: we suggest the cavity layout and steel and share the 3D design for approval.
  3. Manufacturing: CNC and EDM machining, fitting and polishing.
  4. Trial: we trial the mould on an injection moulding machine and send you videos and photos of the parts.
  5. Dispatch: anti-rust treatment, packing and the operation manual, in India or for export.

We have built moulds for 8+ years, backed by our founder’s longer experience in mould making.
